The health, safety and wellbeing of our team members have always been of paramount importance to us and we recognise the benefit we derive from our colleagues’ place within their families and communities. We acted quickly to reduce health risk by closing all office locations in advance of local government requirements and ensuring that all at PAI have the resources to work securely from their homes, with video-conferencing and regular check-ins now at the heart of our professional ways of working.
And since moving to remote working, we are proud to say not only that we have seen no negative impact to the services we deliver, but also that our relentless focus on our clients’ needs has been exemplified by the approach of our workforce, determined to stay close to their day-to-day partners in client organisations across various global timezones.
